You gotta admit stuff like this is amazing, dialog is superb, special effects are rather campy.
We have come a very very very long way.

Loving the new computer....
Well it might not be the most intense experience or the most bleeding edge computer system you can buy. But i can also admit to a point im rather blown away by extra horse power and joy of not being locked into a proprietary not to be named computer giant the ryms with "dude your getting a spell" im rather impressed. System specs are by far nothing to cough at a foxconn A74ML-k "AM3 board" and entry level Sempron A-140 with about 2 gig's of DDR2 with a mid size full ATX case with stock 400 watt PSU. at the bargain bin price of $140 at a brick an moartar local mom and pop computer store i think i got a great deal along with the warm fuzzy feeling only can be derived from helping the local economy.
There are things i do want to update of course update my mobo to a nice asus board, maybe get a multi core cpu, drop a better GPU in, and possibly update my psu. But for what i use it for i do not need much. For christs sake i have a 500GB WD Blue Sata disk installed, i only have a 40GB partition created on their and im only using about 20-30GB of that partition and probably about a good 80% of that data i could be fine without. What should i do with the someodd 450 GB of unallocated free space on this disk? Multiple OS installations???, i could start doing indy films, music production, render-farming, shoot maybe i should devote some core time to distributed computing such as setti

Freedom....
All i can say, freedom of the skys to enjoy life to its fullest to spread your wings and fly.
Training videos.
So for the most part i support the American right to bare arms as guaranteed in our Federal US Constitution. But after watching this declassified FBI firearms video it makes me wonder how much of this is discussed and brought up when civilians are being trained/instructed for the privilege of legally owning and responsibly operation of a Firearm?

Velo-Dream, and a world of fun exercise and renewable transportation.
Yet again i've found myself a little closer to realizing one of my dreams of becoming a little more self sustaining and health oriented.
I ended up purchasing a few more metal workings tools today, namely some safety equipment, and a 4" angel grinder that i used to fix up my exaust system on my Frankenstein toyota pickup truck. Can easily be re-purposed to chop up a couple of my old bicycles and or re-purpose key components such as steering tubes, bottom brackets and frame tubing.
At the time being i almost have everything i need to build the atomic Zombie Long ranger e-motorcycle. Minus the batteries, and 90 angel iron for battery cage, and steel tubing for the rear swing arm.
My probable next build will be something like the following, i might be using one of Atomic Zombies other delta or cargo trike plans depending on how well this guys long ranger plans work out for me.
Here is the actual Atomic Zombie "LodeRunner Cargo Trike" in action.
If you like the above PLEASE PLEASE Jump to the Atomic Zombie main page. Atomic Zombie http://www.atomiczombie.com/main.aspx?click=plans

Anyone interested in a little open source project?
Today i had a little spark of inspiration,
I've got wayyy to much free time on my hands in my current occupation. I'm thankful for the job, and the free time dont get me wrong. But seriously in need of a little project that would further the open source cause and lend some sort of internal warm fuzzy feeling combining possible life saving features to our country's finest.
Doing a little research and common sense i've come to a conclusion that some very essential tools are out of reach to many departments and or branches of local government. Such as more remote serifs departments, volunteer fire departments, disaster reaction teams.
The average cost of a big name produced reccon/ defence platform can swell well over sever thousand dollars. and to a point lack any progressive ingenuity to them, Give me a couple hundred dollars or free reign to a local scrap yard with necessary tools and materials the feasibility to build a better more enlightened and cost effective platform is a reality.

TSA Arrests Mother for not allowing them to do their job?
Another sick bit in the news... A mother was arrested Saturday the 9th of July in a Tennessee Airport because she would not allow TSA officers to "pat down" and or irradiate her child.
The original article by The Tennessean "A Gannett Company"
My question is how long are we going to allow this Bullocks? One of the many many reasons i refuse to fly, they can get their funding somewhere else. Do my spidey sense's detect a possible boycott on industry?

1908 Baker electric car charger...
So apparently they had DC electric cars since the earlier part of the 20th century.
These guys seriously had a lot of bollocks to operate something like this seeing the charging circuitry was potentially a large vacuum tube full very very very dangerous chemical...

HA ha ha ha... Well sounds like the evil jelly fish are attacking back, their now reproducing in highly radioactive sea water cooling systems for nuclear power plants. At this point i wonder how long till evolution will start its ways to a point to produce air born stinging attack jellyfish?
Only a matter of time...
